Custom Modifications are priced at an hourly rate of $125.
Most Custom Modification fees are provided in advance and included as part of your payment for the Content at the time of ordering. Certain Custom Modifications whose timeframes are difficult to estimate may be billed after your Content is delivered. Your Medical Exhibit Consultant will let you know in advance whether you will be billed in full at the time you order, or after the Content is delivered.
Most Custom Modification fees are provided in advance and included as part of your payment for the Content at the time of ordering. Certain Custom Modifications whose timeframes are difficult to estimate may be billed after your Content is delivered. Your Medical Exhibit Consultant will let you know in advance whether you will be billed in full at the time you order, or after the Content is delivered.
Ordering
There are two easy ways to order Content from The Doe Report:
- Click the big yellow 'Order Online' button located below each Content Preview and follow the step by step instructions. Alternately, you can expedite your purchase by choosing one of the specific Product Options (Do-It-Yourself, As-Is or Custom Request) and Format Options (Small Format PDF, Small Format JPEG, Large Print, Small Print, etc.). When you select one of these options by clicking on the button at the right side, the product will be added to your cart.
- Call 1-800-338-5954 during regular business hours (M-F, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, EST) and ask to speak with Customer Service. Please reference the Title, ID Number and Source Number of the Content you wish to purchase.
Normal Delivery Timeframe
Below are approximate delivery times for orders placed between 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays:
- Electronic files with no modifications: 24 hours or less
- Print files with no modifications: 48 hours or less
- Anatomical models: Delivery timeframe for anatomical models is subject to availability. Please check availability prior to ordering.
Expedited Delivery (RUSH)
Medical Legal Art can accommodate certain RUSH requests on a case by case basis. A RUSH fee may be assessed for expediting delivery. All RUSH fees are normally estimated in advance and included as part of your payment.
